Bathroom Demolition
Demo started yesterday! The demo crew started in the bathroom, which needs to be expanded to accommodate ADA floor space requirements. The floor is ripped out and a wall was removed. Opening the floor allows the contractor to evaluate the repairs that are needed in the foundation. Carpenters are due back on Tuesday. Great to see that work has started! [read more]

It took us 13 long months, but we finally got the right set of plans and approval from the city of Bradenton to rehab the house and transform it into a small public art center.
